Finance Team Goals:

The Finance Team strives to provide fiscally responsible management of the church’s financial resources. This team makes monthly reports available to the session and makes decisions concerning investments, campaigns for special needs, and other financial and banking matters. Donna Durden is the chair of Finance.

Finance Team Goals:
1. Communicate finances better and more frequently with the congregation at large
a. In the Direction
b. With a quarterly update letter to accompany pledge statements
c. Advise pastors of gifts received from visitors
2. Continue to improve format and transparency of financial data
a. As to off balance sheet budgets
b. As to other income and expenses not readily recognized
c. As to support given various missions (CDC, Shelter, Mercy Church)
